Supervisor/Manager

Job Description

Assist the owner with onsite presence and help with any onsite work that needs to be done with the subcontractor.

Responsibilities

• Assist the owner with daily onsite tasks.

• Coordinate and oversee subcontractor activities.

• Ensure that all onsite work is carried out efficiently and effectively.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in Excel and Word.

• Strong management skills.

• Good computer skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience working on a construction site is a plus.

• 1+ year experience as a general laborer.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00
