Position Details:

 

Summary of Duties:

 

Assist customer inquiries and complaints over the phone, at the customer counter, and through written correspondence. Assist with tabling at outreach events. Process parking permit sales including issuance, records maintenance, and general customer inquiries regarding the zone parking system. Serve as the main point of contact for processing parking citation appeals. Reconcile personal till funds; assist in other cash handling duties such as preparation of daily deposit. Count collected cash/coin from permit vending machines. Prepare department's daily deposit. Will be required to work overtime on some weekends to help support major university events.

 

Required Qualifications:

 

• High school graduation or equivalent AND two years of full-time clerical experience OR equivalent education/experience.

 

• Ability and willingness to work overtime including weekends/nights/holidays as needed for university events.

 

• Experience providing customer service
