The Field Marketing Program Coordinator will join SEL's Global Field & Revenue Marketing Team and will be responsible for coordinating with Marketing Program Managers and subject matter experts to measure and improve the performance of marketing leads from campaigns in order to drive measurable growth and advance customers through the sales funnel. As a Field Marketing Program Coordinator, a typical day might include the following: * Meeting with stakeholders on marketing and sales teams to discuss program or project plans, campaign strategies, and marketing lead performance. * Tracking and managing marketing leads using the CRM to advance customers through the sales funnel and achieve marketing program and division objectives. * Delivering exceptional customer service by contacting marketing leads to qualify consultation requests and scheduling virtual demos with regional sales contacts. * Collaborating with Marketing Program Managers to implement campaign and content optimizations that will improve lead conversion. * Developing detailed reporting on marketing lead performance and making data-driven decisions to improve results. * Collaborating closely with colleagues in Content Marketing, Operations, Digital Marketing, Events & Customer Education, and Technical Marketing. Additional Qualifications: * Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in a B2B marketing or technical sales & customer service role. * Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or economics preferred. * Proven ability to manage project teams, develop and initiate actions, work independently, and accept ownership for achieving results associated with assigned responsibilities. * Excellent leadership and communication skills. * Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across organizational boundaries and in a team environment. * Background check results satisfactory to SEL * Negative drug test result(s) Competitive pay.
