Summary of Duties:

 

Under the supervision of the Maintenance Specialist 4 for Auxiliaries Facilities Services, performs custodial and building, facility and equipment maintenance work.

 

Required Qualifications:

 

• The ability to do required work, the ability to read and write AND six months experience in custodial, general or building maintenance, grounds keeping, or semi-skilled carpentry, electrical and/or plumbing repair work; OR equivalent education/experience.
