Ste Michelle Wine Estates Viticulture Intern in Prosser, Washington

Description We are currently seeking highly qualified candidates for a Viticulture Intern to join our team at 14 Hands Winery in Prosser, Washington. This person will have learning opportunities and practical training through hands-on participation related to Viticulture to promote professional development with a commitment to pursue excellence. Duration of the internship May 2023- September 2023 (flexible in accordance with university course schedule). Ste. Viticulture Intern job responsibilities include: Accurately collect viticulture field data which can include, but is not limited to: Pest and disease levels and damage assessment Cluster counts, cluster weights Vine Counts, vine weights Shoot elongation measurements Required: Must be at least 18 years of age Must have a valid driver\'s license and safe driving record. Completed degree or currently enrolled in a plant science or related field preferred. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English (Bilingual a plus) Ability to work extended hours. Your Compensation: \$20.00/hr. for the duration of the internship. You may be eligible for a monthly housing stipend (taxes will be applied) if you are required to re-locate more than 50 miles from your current residence. At Ste.
