Work Tasks to be performed
· General farm labor, thinning and labor for apples, cherries, and blueberries.
· Handled a 10-footorchard ladder weighing 40 pounds.
· Provide general labor to assist in the establishment of new orchard or field properties by clearing property, planting trees, building trellis, repair and any other labor considered necessary to construct an efficient infrastructure for orchard properties.
· Irrigation System Installation and Trellis System Construction
· Worker will care for young non-producing and producing fruit trees and plants including weeding, hoeing, trunk painting, hand fertilizing or compost applications, removal of unwanted shoots or limbs by hand and clipping, while adhering to all food safety regulations.
· Repair sprinklers on irrigation or overhead cooling system.
· Farm clean up tasks to include picking up garbage around the orchard or field, removing old string and wire from trellis and orchard blocks, and other

Job Requirements
· Worker must possess 3 months of agriculture experience, familiarity with commercial farming harvest and techniques.
· Must be able to lift 60lbs.
· Ability to pick-up, handle a 10 ft. or 12 ft. orchard ladder weighing up to 40 pounds.
· Temperatures in fields during working
hours can range from 10 to over 100 degrees F.
