Production Technician I - Production Line Operator Bottling

4:00AM-2:30PM M-Thurs (Four tens!)

$22/hr (pay increase after 520 hours)

Preston, WA

Temp-to-Hire after 520 hours

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Production Line Operator Bottling for a Food and Beverage company in Preston, WA ! As a Production Technician , you will play a crucial role in the production of our flavorful brands, including Sparkling water. You will operate production packaging equipment , ensuring safety and performing quality checks. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our positive plant culture and see your hard work come to life.

Job Specifications:

- Job Type: Temp-to-hire

- Pay Rate: $22 per hour

- Shift: 1st Shift (4 am to 2:30 pm, Monday to Thursday)

- Dress Code: Nice jeans, long-sleeved shirts, closed-toe shoes

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate production packaging equipment, following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and troubleshooting basic issues.

  • Perform package changeovers and down stack pallets of product in a safe manner.

  • Ensure the accuracy and availability of raw materials to avoid downtime.

  • Complete all quality and operational paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.

  • Inspect packages for quality and report any issues to the appropriate supervisor.

  • Collaborate with other teams in the plant, including warehouse, production, QA, and maintenance.

  • Maintain food safety, quality, and SQF practices at all times.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum of 1 year of work experience, preferably in the food production industry.

  • Fluent in English, with the ability to read instructions carefully.

  • Willingness to accommodate overtime, work other shifts, and weekends as needed.

  • Physical ability to stand for approximately 95% of the time.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.

  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with a team.
