Job Description:

Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to work on our Inside Sales Phone Support Team. If you have a love of talking to people and providing great customer service, coupled with an interest in contributing directly to the bottom line of a multi-billion-dollar organization, this is the position for you! Success will be measured by your call quality and performance metrics within the phone platform. We expect every sales representative to be present, invested, and committed to the overall customer experience. The ideal candidate will exhibit superb relationship-building and problem-solving skills while providing exceptional service. A successful sales representative will focus on maximizing opportunities within every call to drive revenue and overall company growth.

Responsibilities:

  • An Inside Sales Representative is responsible for handling a high volume of inbound customer calls daily

  • Responsible for maintaining excellent customer service standards through call quality, problem solving, ownership over any customer issue, and going above and beyond to address all needs

  • Maintaining customer records by logging and retaining correct and precise information in Salesforce CRM

  • All applicants must have superior interpersonal skills

  • Demonstrate strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage callers

Qualifications:

  • A successful associate will be goal oriented, self-motivated, and relationship minded in addition to having the following:

  • 2+ years of industry sales, retail sales, or customer service experience preferred

  • Communicates well both written and verbally

  • Extremely detail oriented with strong customer service skills

  • High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative

  • Organization and time management skills

  • Solid sales abilities

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM software is a plus
