Position Purpose:
Provide full support to Treasury Management Officers and customers for the onboarding of all treasury management products and services.
Essential Functions:
- Provide primary support to Treasury Management Officers to facilitate the timely processing of all new treasury management services including Business Online Banking, ACH, positive pay, RDC and Account Analysis.
- Client outreach via phone and/or email to ensure full problem resolution and excellent client experience.
- Provide clients with training, demonstrations, and general troubleshooting on Treasury solutions.
- Provide primary support for the resolution of onboarding concerns by analyzing issues, identifying, and coordinating appropriate solutions.
- Complete all forms for treasury management services and follow up with customers to ensure quality client experience.

``` - Provide primary support for incoming requests through the Service Desk and telephone inquiries. - Meet SLA's for all treasury management services. - Maintain client records. - Provide on-going demos and training to clients as needed. - Ensure client files are audit ready. - Provide input and feedback on projects and process integration.

*Qualifications/Requirements: *
Associate degree in a business-related curriculum or the equivalent preferred.
Three or more years of demonstrated successful experience providing advanced and diversified support for Treasury Management products and services.
Experience working out of a group mail box and centralized inbound phone system a plus
Advanced working knowledge of treasury management
