- Evening: $3.00/hour
- Night: $5.00/hour
- Weekend Premium: $4.50/hour
- Standby Premium: $3.50/hour
- Lead Premium: $3.25/hour
- Per Diem Premium: 15% on base salary

What We're Looking For:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of six months of clerical experience in healthcare insurance billing.
