    • Night Shift: $5.00/hour
    • Weekend Premium: $4.50/hour

Your Role and Impact

As an Access Representative, you'll play a critical role in our Patient Access Services team:

  • Deliver Outstanding Customer Service: Be the first point of contact for patients, assisting them with registration, admissions, and financial discussions.
  • Ensure Accurate Data Collection: Collect and manage patient information, verify insurance, and obtain necessary authorizations/referrals.
  • Act as a Patient Ambassador: Provide compassionate support and clear communication to patients and their families.

What We're Looking For:
  • Education: High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred.
  • Experience: At least one year of healthcare registration experience preferred; one year of office experience also preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
