What We Offer:
Competitive Shift Differentials & Premiums:
- Evening Shift: $3.00/hour
- Night Shift: $5.00/hour
- Weekend Premium: $4.50/hour
- Standby Premium: $3.50/hour
- Per Diem Premium: 15% on rate of pay

Your Role and Impact
As an Access Representative, you'll play a critical role in our Patient Access Services team:
- Deliver Outstanding Customer Service: Be the first point of contact for patients, assisting them with registration, admissions, and financial discussions.
- Ensure Accurate Data Collection: Collect and manage patient information, verify insurance, and obtain necessary authorizations/referrals.
- Act as a Patient Ambassador: Provide compassionate support and clear communication to patients and their families.
What We're Looking For:
- Education: High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Experience: At least one year of healthcare registration experience preferred; one year of office experience also preferred.
- Skills: Excellent customer service, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
