ARAMARK Night Auditor - Lake Crescent Lodge in Port Angeles, Washington

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Night Auditor to join our team at Lake Crescent Lodge. The Night Auditor will be responsible for balancing the day?s transactions, ensuring the accuracy of financial records, and providing exceptional guest service during the overnight shift. This role is crucial in maintaining the smooth operation of the hotel during nighttime hours.

COMPENSATION: The hourly rate for this position ranges from $20.00 to $20.00, depending on circumstances including an applicant?s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

If hired, employee will be in an ?at-will position? and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time AND FOR ANY REASON, including, BUT NOT LIMITED TO for reasons related to individual performance, Aramark or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Job Responsibilities

  • Audit and Balance: Reconcile and balance all daily transactions, including room charges, food and beverage sales, and other hotel services.

  • Guest Services: Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, handle reservations, and respond to guest inquiries and requests.

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and distribute daily financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with hotel policies.

  • Security: Monitor hotel premises for security and safety, report any suspicious activities, and ensure the safety of guests and staff.

  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties, such as processing payments, managing cash drawers, and maintaining accurate records.

  • Communication: Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations and address any issues that arise during the night shift.

Qualifications

? Previous front desk experience required

  • Previous night auditor experience preferred

? Demonstrates excellent customer service skills

? Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written

? Demonstrate organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
