These cabins hark back to the days of summer camp, with lakeside cabins nestled in old growth cedars and firs. A variety of accommodations are available.?

The Guest Services Worker is responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction by booking reservations, assisting with guest needs in the retail store and front desk, and resolving or escalating any guest concerns or issues. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.

COMPENSATION: The hourly rate for this position is $16.28. This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.?

If hired, employee will be in an ?at-will position? and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time AND FOR ANY REASON, including, BUT NOT LIMITED TO for reasons related to individual performance, Aramark or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Job Responsibilities

? Greet and provide customer service to guests while anticipating their needs

? Supply guests or travelers with directions, travel information, and other information such as available services and points of interest.

? Book reservations, rentals, and coordinate registration

? Operate a register and/or software system to complete cash and credit card transactions.

? Answers phone calls and emails and delivers messages as needed.

? Maintains excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guest, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.

? Coordinate resolution of guest concerns

? Communicates closely with all departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

• Cleans, restocks, and organizes retail store

• Assists guest with retail purchases quickly and efficiently

Qualifications

? Previous guest services experience required

? Previous cash handling experience preferred

? Demonstrates excellent customer service skills

? Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written

? Demonstrate organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
