Your Role and Impact

As a Call Center Agent I, you will:

  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service in line with Olympic Medical Center standards, addressing patient needs with professionalism and empathy.
  • Manage Communications: Handle incoming phone calls and messages for all OMP provider-based clinics and Hospital Outpatient Departments, documenting and routing messages accurately in the EHR system.
  • Schedule Appointments: Efficiently schedule patient appointments, answer inquiries, and assist with any other scheduling-related tasks as needed.

What We're Looking For:
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience: Preferred experience in customer service, reception, or a call center environment; knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
