Commercial Project Manager

Job Description

As a Commercial Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects from initiation to completion. Your role will involve collaboration with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules, ensuring alignment with quality standards and project specifications.

• Lead and coordinate project teams, assigning tasks, and providing guidance for efficient project execution.

• Conduct regular project status meetings, communicate progress, and address potential risks or issues proactively.

• Foster strong client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service throughout the project lifecycle.

• Oversee project finances, including cost tracking, change order management, and ensuring project profitability.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to secure necessary permits, licenses, and certifications, ensuring compliance with regulations and building codes.

• Monitor project metrics and prepare regular progress reports for management.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field OR 5+ years of proven experience in commercial project management with a successful track record.

• Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes, building codes, and regulations.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with keen attention to detail.

• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

• PMP certification preferred but not required.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Pasco, Washington.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $49.00
