Full Job Description: DUTIES: Serves as the primary contact for the public and outside agency inquiries regarding the City's development codes and/or current planning issues as associated with private development. Leads the development review process for the applicant assessing applications, environmental impacts, and regulatory considerations associated with the property in question. REQUIREMENTS: (Any equivalent combination of education and experience, which provides the applicant with the knowledge, skills and abilities required to perform the job.): *Bachelor's degree in planning, geography, public administration, or related field; or *Two (2) years of professional land use planning, and/or private development experience or similar relatable experience including the preparation of technical reports, and economic data collection.
