Multi-Media Specialist
*Overview: * Working part-time as a Videographer, Photographer, and Social Media Support Agent, you will be responsible for successfully directing and editing high-quality photos and videos to tell Safe Jack and Bogert Aviation stories across multiple platforms. In addition, you will assist with sales campaigns, front-end website administration, and customer support. This position has the potential to be a full-time position with additional administrative responsibilities. Applicant must pass a background check and drug test before employment.
Responsibilities:
Graphic Design:
- Create visually appealing marketing materials, including brochures, banners, and promotional content through Adobe software or equivalent online programs. Ensure brand consistency across all design elements.
Social Media Management:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility.
- Create engaging content for various platforms and analyze performance metrics.
Sales Support:
- Collaborate with the sales team to create sales presentations.
- Provide support for launching new products.
Customer Service:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Address customer concerns and provide excellent service to maintain positive relationships.
Website Administration:
- Update product listings on the eCommerce website. (Shopify)
- Monitor website analytics and suggest improvements.
Photography and Video Editing:
- Capture high-quality product images for marketing purposes.
- Edit videos to create compelling visual content for online platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Working toward a degree in marketing, communications, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in graphic design, social media management, and website administration.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
