Responsibilities include developing syllabi, providing feedback, and grading student work, all in alignment with the college's mission of inspiring, educating, and supporting students. Additionally, the faculty member contributes to departmental and College committees, engages in professional development, and promotes educational programs, embodying the institution's values of excellence, diversity, equity, inclusion, and sustainability.
