NORCO INC Industrial CDL Route Delivery Driver in Pasco, Washington

Norco is currently seeking an individual to fill our Industrial CDL Route Delivery Driver position. The Industrial CDL Route Delivery Driver delivers and exchanges full cylinders and liquid vessels for empty ones. Industrial CDL Route Delivery Driver also delivers freight to customers on a weekly route stop. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Loads and unloads freight and accurately fills out truck manifest
- Accurately fills out gas invoices
- Delivers freight and gas cylinders to customers
- Take basic orders from customers when needed
- Loads and unloads freight and cylinders on truck
- Adhere to all established procedures, policies and safety rules
- Performs other tasks as assigned or necessary
- Wage $20-$25/Hr DOE
Qualifications:
- 1 year verifiable city delivery experience preferred
- No at fault accidents or DOT moving violations in the past 3 years
- Ability to drive and back tractor trailer combination
- Class A, B or C CDL (depends upon truck driven) with Hazardous Material endorsement and excellent driving record
- Ability to perform tasks requiring manual dexterity (writing invoices, picking up small cylinders, rolling large cylinders, pushing cylinder cart, hand trucks, steering truck, etc.)
- Knowledge of hauling hazardous material
- Ability to accurately fill out truck manifest and gas ticket invoices
- Load and secure freight and cylinders in trailer
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to work safely around special hazards (i.e. mechanical -- operating lift gate, and explosives -- haul and work around flammable gas and non-flammable gas)
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry objects weighing over 100 lbs
- Knowledge of hauling hazardous material
