Job Details: This position could work in any position of the Harvest department. This position requires the ability to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 40 pounds and standing 8-10 hours a day. Work around meat environment such as blood, fat, bones, hair, and any other cattle product. Positions on Harvest will involve use of a knife and hook to remove the hide from the cattle, trim large pieces of product or involve the use of powered equipment such as saws or air knives. Other positions may involve operating heavy pieces of equipment. Work in harvest department involves extreme hot, wet, and humid environment with temperature ranges of 80-100 degrees. Must be able to perform position tasks. In addition, must be available to work A Shift 5:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday including Saturdays, and available for overtime. All job offers are based on the conditions that the candidate can provide proof of authorization to work legally in the United States and pass a urinalysis screening which is part of the post-offer health assessment.
