Our Customer Experience department in Pasco, WA is now looking for a Customer Experience Representative.

Key Tasks

  • Applies acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks.

  • Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice.

  • Normally follows established procedures on routine work, requires instructions only on new assignments.

  • Dedicated Point of Contact for specified international region, providing daily and technical support.

  • Process quotes, parts orders, chair orders and returns when applicable within the region.

  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.

  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

  • Support Customer Experience teams as needed.

  • Follow direction, procedures, and instructions for all work assignments.

  • Work as a team and maintain professionalism at all levels in the organization.

  • Maintain regular and predictable attendance; report to work on time.

  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Duties and responsibilities may change from time to time.

    Your Background

  • Requires a minimum of 2-4 years of related experience.

  • High School diploma or GED required

  • Proficiency in the English language (written and oral); strong grammar skills.

  • Ability to communicate with a pleasant voice and in a professional manner.

  • Attention to detail and ability to perform accurate work.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of information and records.

  • Ability to work independently, self-starter, with minimal supervision.

  • Ability to prioritize and reprioritize tasks on an ongoing basis.

  • Basic computer, and math skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.

  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.

  • Interact with a multitude of internal areas including Sales, Transportation, Production Planning.

  • Ability to accommodate flexible or varied work schedules.

Additional Information

  • Salary: Hourly rate of $20.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly.

  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:30am – 3:00pm with OT possibilities.

  • Vacation or PTO: During initial year of employment: Up to 80 hours of vacation, which will be prorated based upon start date. After initial year of employment, earn 136 vacation hours.

  • Sick Time: Per Washington State law, one hour of sick time for every 40 hours worked, with the ability to roll over up to 144 hours into the next year.

  • Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision benefit options beginning first day of employment.

  • Long Term Disability and Company Provided Life Insurance Policy for all employees

  • 401K eligibility on the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment. Permobil offers Safe Harbor matching, with immediate vesting.

  • Holidays: 10 paid company holidays per year.
