Job Title: Construction Project Manager - Mission Critical ProjectsJob Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our mechanical engineering and contracting firm. The successful candidate will lead Mission Critical projects, supporting industrial, data center, and commercial construction projects throughout central Washington.

Responsibilities

• Transition project management and engineering activities from the design to construction phase.

• Provide input to development strategies, goals, and objectives specific to project execution at each project phase.

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and scopes of work.

• Prepare client and subcontractor change orders.

• Assume financial responsibility for projects, including accurate, timely, and relevant reporting to stakeholders.

• Monitor, control, and report on the financial performance of projects.

• Develop and implement comprehensive construction plans and monitor progress to anticipate potential problems.

• Coordinate work with trades, subcontractors, and vendors.

• Develop project staffing plans, including labor and subcontractors.

• Experience utilizing scheduling software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or Suretrak

• Experience managing financials for a project

Work Environment

This role involves working on multiple projects in Quincy, WA, with occasional travel to various sites throughout the Columbia River region. Candidates ideally reside in the Quincy area. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $63.00/hr.
