Assembly Associate The Assembly Associate will work as part of a team to assemble and prepare smaller parts and components to be used in the assembly of the final product. Our Operations department in Pasco, WA is now looking for a Assembly Associate. Key Tasks Acquires job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete routine tasks. Works on assignments that are routine in nature, requiring limited judgment. Has little or no role in decision-making. Normally receives detailed instructions on all work. Works under close supervision. Review drawings and/or instructions before each build. Acquire parts, hardware, and tools to be used during the build. Assemble each component or part according to specifications or work instructions. Identify any product defects, record, and report them accordingly. Acquires job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete routine tasks. Complete required quality and production forms. Monitor and maintain inventory of necessary product at your station. Ensure working environment is clean and safe. Works on assignments that are routine in nature, requiring limited judgment. Your Background High School diploma or equivalent, vocational training and/or on-the-job training. 0-3 years assembly or equivalent experience. Typically requires a general education, vocational training and/or on-the-job training. Ability to work as part of a team with close supervision. Ability to manage time
