Summary Incumbent will remove soiled dishes from tables and transports them to the dishwasher, Pre-rinses dishes with water to remove food particles before washing. Loads dishes in the dishwasher, stacks and stores dishes. Performs other duties as assigned. Responsibilities Set up glasses, silverware, butter, condiments, salads, desserts, bread and cold beverages on serving counter as instructed. Removes soiled dishes from tables and transports them to the dishwasher. Cuts, scrapes, chops, dices and peels fruits and vegetables. May operate electric can opener, electric potato peeler, etc. Pre-rinses dishes with water to remove food particles before washing. Loads dishes in the dishwasher, stacks and stores dishes. Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements Conditions of Employment Must successfully pass the E-Verify employment verification check. Any discrepancies must be resolved as a condition of employment. Ability to sustain considerable walking, standing, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 45 pounds. Must successfully obtain and maintain appropriate security clearance as needed.
