Production Worker II Omak, WA, USA Req #151 Tuesday, April 6, 2021 Job Title: Production Worker IIReports To:Shift Production LeadEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Stuffing products into boxesOrganizing product to be able to stuff into boxesInspection of productsWeighing cartons and productsLoading products onto production linesCounting productsCheck date codes to ensure accuracyPerform quality checksRead and interpret documents as they apply to productionOperate simple mechanical equipmentFollow company GMP's (good manufacturing practices) and all other quality programs as they relate to the production departmentWear PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) when requiredResponsible for ensuring work area is clean and organizedStrictly adhere to all Safety policiesCommitted to ensuring that the products produced meet all food safety and quality requirementsOther duties as assignedCompetencies:Oral Communication -Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listens and gets clarification; responds well to questions and provides clear answers.Ethics -Treats people with respect; keeps commitments; works with integrity and ethically; upholds organizational values.Organizational Support -Follows policies and procedures; supports organization's goals and values; respects diversity.Motivation -Demonstrates persistence and overcomes obstacles; measures self against standard of excellence.Planning/Organizing -Uses time efficiently; flexible to adapt to different and/or changing situations as they arise.Professionalism -Approaches others in a tactful manner; reacts well under pressure; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position; accepts responsibility for own actions; follows through on commitments.Dependability:Always on time and a history of good work attendance.
