Okanogan Behavioral Healthcare Human Resources Director in Omak, Washington

Okanogan Behavioral HealthCare is seeking an experienced and highly successful leader to join a dynamic management team. An Ideal candidate should have the ability to analyze a situation and make sound judgment calls, interact with all levels of the organization and see the big picture, be an excellent communicator with relational skills and accessible to staff; be a strong manager with a mentorship and coaching philosophy; have a strong commitment to team, possess excellent organization skills and be comfortable working in a complex health care environment with a lot of regulatory demands and expectations. The HR Director will be responsible for all aspects of recruitment, including interviews and onboarding, maintaining personnel files, advising and assisting management with resolving employee issues, oversight of payroll and benefit management. Other duties will include policy creation and updates based on current employment law, acting as the agency safety officer and preparing reports and correspondence as needed. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; or four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Supervisory and management experience required.
