[BASIC FUNCTIONS: The incumbent is empowered by delegated authority from the Colville Business Council (Chapter 6-5 of the Colville Tribal Code) to independently regulate gaming activities conducted on Colville Indian Lands. The Colville Tribal Gaming Commission is a necessary component in the system of checks and balances to ensure the highest degree of integrity is upheld with all gaming activities, including the tribal casinos, and to protect the public trust.]{times="" new="" roman";="" font-size:="" 11pt"=""}
