[*$25k Sign on bonus + Relocation Allowance * PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITY]{.underline}:      The Pharmacy Director's primary job function is to be responsible for the operation of Family Health Centers' Pharmacy department in accordance with the goals and objectives of the clinic and within the framework of the professional standards of care and legal requirements.

[PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES]{.underline}

• Oversees and Directs Pharmacy Operations
  1. Ensures pharmacy operations are conducted in accordance with the policies and procedures established by FHC.
  2. Responsible for overall Pharmacy function including access, fulfillment, patient satisfaction and financial viability;
  3. Provides direct supervision and leadership to staff including other pharmacist(s), pharmacy technicians and pharmacy assistants.
  4. Approves monthly staff schedules and authorizes approval for vacations, continuing education and other leave.
  5. Ensures effective use of overtime and monitors overtime according to current FHC financial and other needs.
  6. Oversees pharmacy technician training/competencies, and ensure that these are completed in a timely manner; provides appropriate staff development; prepares evaluations for pharmacy technicians and assistants; mentors and coaches staff on performance.
  7. Helps develop internal tools and training for staff.
  8. Holds monthly pharmacy department meetings
