Meta Third-Party Quality Assurance Manager in Olympia, Washington
Summary:
Reporting the QA Lead the Third-Party Quality Assurance Manager will work directly with the Metaverse Content Ops team and oversee multiple project titles through our rigorous QA process launching on Metas VR platform(s). The candidate should have at least 5+ years of QA project management experience delivery content on popular platforms, as well as experience working with distributed vendors and partners.

Third-Party Quality Assurance Manager Responsibilities:
Work directly with the QA Lead, Content Owners, and third-party developers from Alpha/Beta through to launch, delivering high quality functional releases
Manage multiple project titles in QA simultaneously
Oversee QA effort partnering with distributed third-party test vendors to push titles through our QA process from QA entry through to launch
Attend regular project syncs with our content owners, development teams and test vendors
Play a key role attending risk assessment meetings, and drive high quality products to launch
Update project data tracking tools with the most relevant and latest project information
Work cross-functionally with multiple internal groups (marketing, communications, software, hardware, content)
Proactively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, identify and suggest axis of improvement
Effectively provide and receive 360 feedbacks to management, peers and partners
Minimum Qualifications:

3+ combined years of QA Project Management experience
1+ years experience working with an external vendor
Experience with end-to-end quality assurance processes
Knowledge of video game production life cycle, tools, process and execution planning
Knowledge of Third-Party Compliance and Certification testing
Familiar with bug tracking databases, and analytics
Effective communication skills across all levels of an organization
Familiarity with games, apps, VR and popular platforms

Public Compensation:
$97,000/year to $152,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
