BGIS is looking for a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Partner - HVAC to join our team who is persistent in sourcing candidates. You must have at least 5 years recent and direct, commercial HVAC recruitment experience, plus at least 7 years total recruiting experience. The role is U.S. based in the Hudson Beach, FL area or can be "remote". (Eastern time zone, strongly preferred.) Job Description Responsibilities At this position level, the individual is responsible for: Recruit * Builds a talent network within business-specific practitioner communities for skilled trades. * Selects and directly sources, interviews, qualifies, negotiates offers and hires candidates to fill open requisitions. * Proactively networks and establishes effective working relationships while maintaining a constant and steady focus on industry and market intelligence. * Research new ways of using the Internet for recruitment. Use of social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates. * Trains HR staff on the Applicant Tracking System. * Pursue conscious cost-containment efforts in recruiting. * Adds value during the offer stage by ensuring candidate decision triggers are clearly understood. * Takes the lead and is resourceful and persistent in driving solutions to recruiting problems. * Demonstrate a strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement. * Drive continuous enhancements to candidate site(s). * Screens, interviews and manages active candidates. * Insures that BGIS employment value proposition is communicated effectively by providing information on specific job and career advancement opportunities. * Track candidate workflows, source data, pre-screen informa To view the full job description,
