Senior Analyst, Client Analytics

What You’ll Be Doing:
Develop SAS/SQL programs to integrate and analyze claims and enrollment data from multiple sources
Assist in designing, documenting, programming and standardizing processes and reports
Investigate issues in healthcare data from acquisition through presentation
Develop internal reports to track efficiencies, support processes and workflow, and identify process improvement opportunities
Develop and implement data quality control protocols and monitor their impact
Perform ad-hoc analysis for clients and internal teams
Peer review SAS code and reports
Meet with clients to discuss issues and answer questions
Preferred Experience We Look For:
Must be analytical, detail oriented, and possess a desire to advance and grow personally and professionally
Excellent PC and database skills
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects with varying timelines
BS or BA in Public Health, Epidemiology, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science or a comparable program with a quantitative emphasis or equivalent years of experience.
Ability to effectively communicate with clients and non-technical team members
2-3 years of SAS and/or SQL programming experience preferred
Proficiency in SAS using macros, advanced SAS statements etc.
Competency in data manipulation and analysis: accessing raw data in varied formats with different methods and analyzing and processing data
Preferred experience working with healthcare data in the Commercial payer space.
Currently, Evolent employees work remotely temporarily due to COVID-19. As such, we require that all employees have the following technical capability at their home: High speed internet over 10 Mbps and, specifically for all call center employees, the ability to plug in directly to the home internet router. These at-home technical requirements are subject to change with any scheduled re-opening of our office locations.

Compensation Range: The minimum salary for this position is $75,000, plus benefits. Salaries are determined by the skill set required for the position and commensurate with experience and may vary above and below the stated amounts.
