You will apply your deep knowledge of credit structure and analytics to report, predict, evaluate, and manage credit risk within the loan portfolio. Ready to learn more?Your day may include:Designing, developing and implementing credit risk analytic measurements, including probability of default, loss given default, exposure at default, expected loss modeling, etc. in order to effectively enhance the decision making and risk management process.Leading, influencing and motivating a team of high performing analysts to provide accurate, integrated, and intuitive data and reporting solutions in a complex and changing data environment.Working closely with the Analytics & Insights organization to identify and implement tools and methods to support Service Delivery's analytics.Leading monthly Credit Risk Management meetings with leadership from all lending lines of business.Exhibiting, reinforcing and coaching to the highest level of customer service expected throughout Service Delivery and the Credit Union, to all co-workers.Cross-team coordination, project management, and executive presentations.Maintaining industry expertise and conducting research to anticipate economic cycles; staying abreast of trends and changes in the regulatory environment.Reviewing and analyzing trends in loan portfolios and recommending strategies to minimize credit losses or other risk exposure.Developing loan loss forecast models for all loan types.What you bring to the team:A Bachelor's Degree in business, economics, finance, or closely related field or equivalent work experience.At least three years of management/supervisory experience.Three years' experience in a business analyst/data analyst/statistical analyst role; preferably in the financial industry.Experience creating reports and dashboards using industry leading Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Cognos, MicroStrategy, etc.Experience and proficiency in writing SQL queries.Ability to communicate operational and technical issues to a wide variety of audiences at all levels within the organization.Fundamental understanding of consumer finance.Proven ability to create and present recommendations to leadership teams and Board of Directors.Bonus points if
