Job DescriptionU.S. Bank is looking for a Senior Technical Compliance & Security Program Manager to join our Point of Sale solutions team, talech. The candidate will have demonstrated program/project management and leadership experience to contribute toward the success of our technology initiatives. The candidate will be a resourceful individual, preferably with a technical background, to drive, facilitate, and liaise with Enterprise Security and Risk and Compliance teams to support all talech Scrum Teams with product delivery, ensuring all security and compliance requirements are met.
Job Responsibilities: - Perform vulnerability assessment, develop remediation plan, and provide oversight on product delivery - Work with scrum teams and the Enterprise Security team to ensure all security vulnerabilities are resolved or properly deferred, all security guidelines and processes are followed - Work with scrum teams and the Enterprise Risk and Compliance team to manage timeline, resolve or properly defer outstanding issues and adhere to the compliance guidelines - Drive internal audits of compliance requirements - Integrate product Engineering and DevOps security practices to meet corporate standards - Contribute to many of the security and compliance requirements for product releases - Communicate product architecture and security both internally and externally to Enterprise security, architects and Risk & Compliance teams - Train Scrum Masters and Dev leads on how to use internal security and compliance related tools
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience - At least 5 to 8 years of related experience
Skills/Experience - Familiarity with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and data privacy - Experience working in Scrum and/or SDLC teams - Proficiency in influencing and negotiation at an internal and external executive level - Outstanding cross functional management and leadership skills - Superb written and verbal communication skills - Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with cross functional teams - - - -- Strong bias for action and an intrinsic ability to deal with ambiguity - Highly flexible and adaptive; able to multi-thread across many simultaneous projects - Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills - Experience in Agile software/system design and development methodologies - Familiarity in JIRA, Confluence, and ServiceNow is a plus

Salary range reflected is an estimate of base pay and is for the primary location. Base pay range may vary if an offer is made for work in a different location. Pay Range: $98,175.00 - $115,500.00 - $127,050.00
