The Senior TA Partner, Early in Career creates and implements progressive and innovative staffing practices that support the strategic vision of the company. This includes developing and driving an end-to-end recruiting process that aligns with Johnson & Johnson’s business strategies, while providing quality service to our customers.

In this role, you will evaluate current programs and look for opportunities to improve. You will act as a career coach who cultivates long-term relationships with our candidates and drive best-in-class experiences for them.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers, business leadership, and HR Business Partners to identify early in career talent gaps and drive recruiting solutions.

  • Proactively identify external talent engagement, maintain relations with candidates, and build candidate pipelines.

  • Coordinate selection assessments to determine the needs of the organization. This includes the configuration and maintenance of recruitment systems according to the results of staffing assessments.

  • Collaborate on projects with recruiting teams and the business to build proactive sourcing strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree

  • 3 years of business experience

  • Legal authorization to work in the US

  • Ability to translate data and business knowledge into actionable insights

  • Relationship-building skills, including stakeholder management

  • Problem solving skills

  • Critical thinking skills

Preferred:

  • Early Talent Experience Preferred

  • Experience with diversity recruiting

  • Experience with candidate interviewing and employee selection (full lifecycle recruiting)

  • Experience with candidate sourcing, including the use of sourcing tools (i.e. Handshake, MBA Exchange, 12Twenty, LinkedIn Recruiter, Beamery) and channels to help narrow search and identify candidates

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $76,000 to $121,900.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.

  • Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance.

  • Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).

  • Employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

  • Vacation – up to 120 hours per calendar year

  • Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington – up to 56 hours per calendar year

  • Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – up to 13 days per calendar year of Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
