JLL Senior HR BI Analyst in Olympia, Washington

Key Responsibilities:Business Intelligence Reporting and AnalyticsWork closely with the business to identify needs, determine value drivers for the business and, translate business needs to system and user requirements;Manage development lifecycle of key BI initiatives (development, test/QA, UAT, bug fix/retest cycles) through to training, go-live and phasing in of support & maintenance structures.Design automated reporting, dashboards, and analyses to enable improved decision makingPartner withservicelineleadsacross the integrated facilities management teamto develop automated Tableau dashboards to provide real-time insights to business dataDeep dive into large data sets to answer key business questions using SQL, Excel, Tableau and Alteryx and other data manipulation languagesLeverage an analytic mindset to develop visualization of key trends and insights for decision makingDevise and promote creative data visualization to derive actionable intelligenceForecast/trend performance dataLeadworkshopping sessions toproblem-solve anddevelop recommendations based on data interpretation and analysis to transform behaviors and techniquesSkills:Communication:Excellent presentation skills (verbal and written)with a strong understanding of analytic/statistical conceptsandthe ability to explain them to others.
