Washington State Insurance Commissioner Senior Administrative Assistant - Provider Network and Oversight Program in Olympia, Washington

The Office of the Insurance Commissioner's (OIC) Provider Network and Oversight Program is seeking a motivated and qualified individual to fill an Administrative Assistant 3 position. This position is assigned to the Rates, Forms and Provider Networks Division, located in our Tumwater office. As the Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for accomplishing a variety of administrative tasks on behalf of the Provider Network Oversight Program Manager. You will independently prioritize, and triage administrative requests directed to the Program. You will act as first point of contact for those seeking assistance or guidance from the Program. In addition, this position will serve as the designated Network Access Report Tracking system coordinator and SIMBA module lead. The successful candidate will have strong time management skills, ability to work with a diverse group of people, be team oriented, and adaptable to change.
