What Lead Qualification Management contributes to Cardinal Health

The Lead Qualification Management team, under Commercial Enablement, plays a critical role in supporting Marketing, Sales, and the customer experience. LQM qualifies all marketing-generated leads to ensure the right ones are moved forward to Sales thus maximizing their time and efficiency. LQM also aids in outcomes and Marketing ROI visibility through lead documentation and confirming the correct campaign attribution is in place within pipeline tools. The customer experience is at the forefront of all LQM interactions, ensuring every inquiry gets a timely response and the help that they need.

For the Lead Qualification Representative position, we are looking for someone that exhibits the qualities and experience below:

  • Is self-motivated and a go-getter. Is someone who gets excited about accomplishing tasks and can work independently.

  • Exhibits an ability to work across many teams and initiatives simultaneously.

  • Works well within a team environment and is willing to support, flex and help the team as needed.

  • Understands, or has experience with, selling a product or service and engaging with potential customers.

  • Comfortable and competent with engaging potential and current customers directly, via live phone conversations and email.

  • Demonstrates basic knowledge of marketing & sales roles and relationships. Has experience with one, or both, disciplines and understands concepts necessary for a successful working relationship between the two functions.

  • Demonstrates logical decision making in the general business environment. Understands and can demonstrate sound thought processes as it relates to identifying potential customers, analyzing outcomes/data, and improving processes.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for intake, processing /qualifying leads through probing questions and tracking of outcomes of the leads that come into the Lead Qualification Management team.

  • Has the ability to research leads to gather additional information using publicly available data (LinkedIn, google, etc.)

  • Understands the sales pipeline and is responsible for connecting appropriate marketing efforts to the pipeline when applicable.

  • Communicates and influences the Sales partners to ensure the smooth transition of information and feedback from generated leads to allow for Sales partners to move leads through the sales process.

  • Manages Salesforce.com activities and tasks and maintains accurate customer records within Salesforce.com.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.

  • 2+ years experience in related field, preferred.

  • Salesforce experience preferred

Anticipated salary range: $56,200 - $84,420
