What does an outstanding Sales Executive II do?

As Sales Executive in our Bank group, you will focus on a thriving territory in Georgia & Alabama. The focus will be on selling our core and surround solutions to bank prospects under 1B in assets.

You can look forward to:

  • Cultivating relevant markets by developing and maintaining industry and product knowledge, understanding of customers’ needs and concerns, participating in appropriate trade organizations and their events, and continuously promoting a positive company image.

  • Being responsible for identifying and developing prospective clients through proactive contacts and various prospect development techniques, as directed by management. Also, being responsible for working to assist Sales Executives in a learning capacity.

  • Meeting or exceeding corporate and regional sales goals, such as activity level, engagements, closed sales, etc. Works effectively with Sales Management, Sales Executives, sales support, marketing, and other entities within Fiserv as directed by management. Performs other duties as required.

  • Contacting bank prospects through, but not limited to, phone calls, email, mailings, and seminars to communicate software product and service offerings to potential clients

  • Collaborating with marketing and members of sales team to communicate new programs and campaigns.

  • Assisting in developing and facilitating the proposal process for specific clients.

  • Supporting other members of the sales team in client presentations

Basic qualifications for consideration:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • 5+ years selling experience with a history of meeting sales targets

  • 5+ years in solution sales experience in Financial Services/ Payments

  • Experience in selling complex solutions into financial institutions

  • Experience working in large. Matrix organization with hundreds of products/services

  • Articulates solutions in terms of ROI to the client and sells business value
