Description RN Charge - Transitional Care at Mother Joseph Care Center Schedule: On-Call Job description: This is a working supervisory position involving oversight of the assigned nursing unit. Supervises Primary Care Nurses and Nursing Assistants, and covers in the absence or need of Primary Care Nurses. May participate in direct patient care by administering medication, providing primary skin care, assisting in modifying treatment regimen to meet patients' physical and psychosocial needs.
