Providence St. Joseph Health Residency Program Coordinator - Family Practice Resident in Olympia, Washington

Description Coordinates and supports the activities of medical education training and assists the Program Directors in meeting and maintaining all of the standards and requirements of the accrediting bodies. The Residency Program Coordinator coordinates the resident recruitment and selection process, the day-to-day operations of the residency program, and the resident onboarding activities. Maintains confidential files related to training. Coordinates related visiting student rotations. The Residency Program Coordinator collaborates with other residency coordinators to ensure alignment between programs. The Residency Program Coordinator participates in long-range planning and development of the program, provides financial analysis, and serves as a resource to residents to ensure they receive an excellent learning experience. Required Qualifications: 3 years Program management, preferably related to GME Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree Business administration or medical-related field from an accredited college/university.
