Astrix Technology Recruiting Manager - Clinical in Olympia, Washington

SUMMARY

The Recruiting Manager for our Clinical Research division will oversee team of Recruiters and will be responsible for prioritizing requisitions for the team. This role will also involve recruiting duties, which include, but are not limited to, locating talented individuals whose skills and expertise exceed our client's expectations through creative sourcing and networking.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Duties include but are not limited to the following:

  • Full cycle recruiting process including, but not limited to, screening, interviewing, matching of candidate and client needs, resume counseling, reference checks, managing offers, and consultant/placement care.

  • Supervise and train a team of Scientific Recruiters focused on Clinical Operations/Research.

  • Manage and prioritize requisitions to distribute among the team.

  • Handle performance evaluations and manage metrics for the team members.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with local universities and colleges.

  • Participates in the assessment and execution of client’s staffing projects.

  • Generate business leads to continually grow candidate and client pipelines.

  • Maintain candidate pipeline, identifying weaknesses and needs for disciplines and/or industries.

  • Become an expert on the market trends thru networking and society participation.

  • Develop create strategies and plans for all aspects of recruiting.

  • Manage relationships with existing clients by identifying needs and/or issues.

  • Participate in team and corporate meetings to exceed future recruiting needs.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position will oversee a team of Scientific Recruiters.

This is a fully remote position.
