FTE: 1.0, SHIFT: Days, Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am -5pm Position Summary MultiCare Health System has an exciting opportunity for a Provider Onboarding Concierge with an exceptional customer service orientation. In this role you will collaborate, facilitate, and maintain key relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a successful transition for all new MultiCare employed physicians and APPs. You will effectively communicate with providers throughout the onboarding and offboarding process, including responding to general questions, identifying and resolving issues, and researching and resolving inquiries from the providers. Responsibilities Coordinates all areas of provider onboarding experience from recruitment activities through the initial 30 days of active employment and for off-boarding Serves as the primary point of contact for assigned providers to lead their navigation through the recruitment, onboarding and off boarding experiences; including responding to general questions, identifying and resolving issues, and researching and resolving inquiries from the physicians and APPs Collaborates with all stakeholder departments that have influence into the provider's recruitment and onboarding experience including recruitment, pre-employment, HP, contracting, credentialling, provider compensation, operations and leadership Attends new hire orientation for new hire providers and ensures all appropriate paperwork and competencies are documented appropriately Assists in interview process by being main point of contact for the provider and other guests during site visits Requirements Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Business Administration or related field required; related experience may be substituted in lieu of education. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $75,941.00 - $109,262.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and
