ALTMAN LLC Property Management and Maintenance in OLYMPIA, Washington
Job description:
Maintain residential and commercial rental properties, repair of the buildings, handle renter repair and maintenance needs, minor landscaping, minor construction projects related to the buildings.
Duties of the position:
Landscaping around the buildings
Keep mechanical equipment in working order
General building cleaning and maintenance including trash and recycling
Repair and replace as needed, light switches, doors, etc.
Paint units and trim, cleaning, provide maintenance on a flat roof and other parts of the building.
Skills required:
Construction experience-understand plumbing, carpentry, electrical, painting and yard maintenance.
Time management, able to work alone.
