We are seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the strategy and development of capabilities that drive end-user engagement, onboarding, and sustained adoption of the Oracle Clinical AI Agent platform capabilities. As part of the Oracle Health AI Product Management team, you will define and execute initiatives that optimize clinical workflows, reduce burnout, and improve patient experiences through embedded AI solutions.
Your Qualifications:
7+ years of professional experience in product management, preferably with a focus on user engagement and adoption
2+ years of experience delivering AI/ML products, ideally in multiple industries
Familiarity with large datasets, analytics, and user engagement metrics
Experience in clinical workflows and regulated healthcare environments is preferred
Knowledge of data privacy and compliance requirements within healthcare settings is advantageous
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Generative AI and AI frameworks
Demonstrated success launching 0-to-1 products and achieving market traction
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience

Responsibilities
Define Product Strategy & Roadmap: Craft and maintain product roadmaps focused on delivering engaging, user-centric features that encourage clinicians and healthcare staff to adopt AI-powered capabilities in their daily workflows.
Drive Engagement & Adoption Campaigns: Define and run targeted engagement campaigns and user journeys that generate advocates and champions that help promote adoption of ongoing feature roll-outs
Onboarding & User Education: Develop strategies and create content to educate end users on new features, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience, enhanced product familiarity, and ongoing adoption and utilization of the platform’s AI capabilities.
User Insights & Continuous Improvement: Leverage user feedback, analytics, and research to identify friction points and refine features, ensuring the product continuously evolves to meet the needs of clinicians and healthcare staff.
Apply AI & Emerging Technologies: Stay current with advances in NLP, large language models, and generative AI. Adapt these technologies to streamline clinical workflows, differentiate from competitors, and deliver measurable improvements in efficiency and patient outcomes.
Collaboration with Engineering & UX: Work closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize features, develop detailed user stories, and guide sprint planning—ensuring timely, high-quality product releases aligned with user feedback and market demands.
Regulatory & Compliance Alignment: Ensure product features meet industry standards and compliance requirements for data privacy, security, and healthcare regulations.
Market Positioning & Go-to-Market Support: Contribute to go-to-market strategies, including creating product collateral, supporting sales enablement, and aligning messaging with the unique value proposition of Oracle’s health AI solutions.
Customer Engagement & Feedback Loops: Identify lead customers, cultivate design partnerships, and incorporate direct user feedback to validate assumptions, guide product evolution, and ensure clinical needs remain at the forefront of innovation.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $92,900 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
