About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Partner Communications Specialist to become the voice of Confluent’s internal and external partner communications. This individual will play a key role in fostering clear, engaging, and impactful communications that strengthen our partnerships and promote collaboration across our internal Field team. The ideal candidate is articulate, innovative, and adept at managing multiple priorities and communication channels in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do:

• Serve as the primary conduit for all communication with our partner ecosystem, ensuring messages are consistent, engaging, and aligned with our brand and business objectives.

• Develop creative channels and tactics for communication to enhance engagement among our partners. This includes exploring new methodologies, platforms, and technologies that facilitate better interactions and information sharing.

• Efficiently manage and prioritize incoming communication requests from teammates and cross functional stakeholders, ensuring timely and relevant responses that align with our strategic goals.

• Oversee the collection and dissemination of internal win-wires, creating a compelling narrative of partner success stories to share across internal channels. This involves working closely with various teams to gather insights, data, and achievements that highlight the collective success of our partners and Confluent.

• Develop and maintain an editorial calendar that ensures cross-functional visibility and alignment, facilitating a coordinated approach to partner engagement.

What You Will Bring:

• 3-5 years of experience in communications, field communications, partner marketing, or a related role. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

• Creative thinking and curiosity, with a willingness to explore new and innovative approaches to communication.

• Strong time management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks effectively and maintaining a consistent communication cadence amidst various requests.

• Proven track record of developing and executing successful communication strategies and campaigns.

• Previous experience working in a B2B company or within a Partner organization, demonstrating an understanding of the unique dynamics and needs within these settings.

This position has an annual estimated salary of $114,600 - $134,640 and a competitive equity package. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
