Job Description

The Healthcare Industry Executive Director holds a senior leadership position responsible for understanding Healthcare industry trends and customer needs, developing tailored messaging and solutions for the market, and effectively communicating the value proposition of products or services to prospective clients. This role involves setting strategic direction, driving business growth, fostering industry relationships, and ensuring organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Leadership:

  2. Work with Sales Leadership to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to advance the organization's mission and objectives within the designated industry.

  3. Knowledge of challenges and trends across Healthcare

  4. Business Development and Growth:

  5. Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth and expansion for the Healthcare industry.

  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including industry partners, clients, regulatory bodies, and Healthcare organizations.

  7. Lead efforts to secure new partnerships, and funding opportunities to support organizational growth.

  8. Experience in executing demand gen strategies in enterprise software.

  9. Understanding of high—impact marketing tactics by industry – from both digital marketing and conference/event perspective

  10. Support demand gen execution via presentations providing Oracle’s Healthcare POV

  11. Help set conference/event schedules that drive increased pipeline development.

  12. Understanding of healthy sales territories

  13. Industry Advocacy and Representation:

  14. Serve as the primary spokesperson and advocate for the organization within the Healthcare industry.

  15. Sharing Industry Thought Leadership via blogs, linked in posts and other social media outlets.

  16. Develop Industry Landscapes to enable the sales team for exceptional execution.

  17. Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and forums to promote its interests and initiatives.

  18. Support Deal Cycle Execution

  19. Help reps get meetings with customers.

  20. Present Oracle POV

  21. Provide customers with best practices and lessons learned.

  22. Work with reps on deal capture and partner strategy.

  23. Add color commentary to demonstrations.

  24. Collaboration and Partnerships:

  25. Foster collaboration and partnerships with industry evaluation firms, System implementers, associations, and stakeholders to grow the business.

  26. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to leverage resources and expertise for mutual benefit.

  27. Build strategic alliances and networks to enhance the organization's reputation and influence within the industry.

Responsibilities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

  • Proven leadership experience in a senior executive role, preferably within the Healthcare industry.

  • Demonstrated track record of driving business growth, strategic planning, and operational excellence.

  • Strong business acumen and understanding of Healthcare industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders.

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on achieving results and driving organizational success.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range: from $140,000 to $232,300 per annum. May be eligible for equity and compensation deferral. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 50/50 - 70/30.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

  8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

  10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
