Meta Net Zero Program Manager, Scaled Supplier Engagement in Olympia, Washington
Summary:
This position will own, manage and drive data insights from supplier emissions and engagement data to support Meta’s value chain reduction by 2030. We are looking for a team player and strategic thinker who can ideate and help us scale initiatives that accelerate Meta’s scope 3 GHG emissions reduction with stakeholders and suppliers
Required Skills:
Net Zero Program Manager, Scaled Supplier Engagement Responsibilities:
Engage with Net Zero & Sustainability, product management, data science, data engineering, sourcing (procurement), and other cross-functional teams on Net Zero supplier engagement data and analytics.
Own end-to-end data ingestion and management of supplier emissions data and climate-related information.
Engage with key external bodies and their tooling, such as the Climate Disclosure Project (CDP), to incorporate industry standard reporting into program database.
Deliver analytical insights to the Net Zero team and cross-functional stakeholders based on knowledge of supplier emissions and program data.
Design and deliver dashboards and reporting to support Net Zero and key cross-functional stakeholder needs, including tracking program goals, key performance indicators (KPIs), supplier engagement progress.
Actively drive program requirements in Net Zero-wide and enterprise-wide tooling initiatives.
Contribute to internal and external reporting and communications on program progress.
Represent Meta externally, as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree in computer science, social sciences, physical sciences, math, engineering, statistics, and/or sustainability focused degree
6+ years of related experience in fields related to sustainability
Experience with CDP Supply Chain
Knowledge of the Science Based Target Setting Initiative (SBTi) and supplier engagement guidance
Experience with GHG accounting and understanding of the GHG Protocol
Experience working with supplier GHG data and life cycle assessments
Demonstrated experience performing data analysis, visualization and interpretation
Demonstrated experience in project management, with experience self-managing complex program delivery in a matrixed environment
Experience developing content and presenting data and analytics insights to technical and non-technical audiences
A self starter, with experience diplomatically resolving issues through understanding conflicting inputs, achieving alignment, and proposing go-forward solutions
Experience working with interdisciplinary teams (e.g. Sustainability, Procurement Teams, Business teams, Engineering) and managing relationships with complex stakeholders
Demonstrated flexibility and willingness to learn and work on projects
Understanding of Meta’s products and services
Willingness to travel (5%)

Master’s degree in related field, strongly preferred
Public Compensation:
$126,000/year to $179,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
