ManpowerGroup Mobile HVAC or Building Engineer in Olympia, Washington
Our client, a leader in the HVAC/R industry, is seeking a Mobile HVAC Engineer to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Engineer, you will be part of the Facilities Management department supporting various operational teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully with the organization.
Job Title: Mobile HVAC Engineer
Location: Olympia, WA
What's the Job?
Operate, inspect, and maintain refrigeration, HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment to ensure efficient operation.
Perform ongoing preventive and repair response work orders on facility systems and equipment.
Conduct facility inspections and report on conditions affecting client occupancy and operations.
Complete hazard assessments and maintain compliance with safety procedures and regulations.
Utilize CMMS systems for work order management and submit daily administrative reports.
What's Needed?
Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering with a strong background in HVAC/R.
Type II EPA Certification and any required licenses.
Basic experience with plumbing, electrical systems, and production equipment repair.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, climbing, and working in various conditions.
