Wolters Kluwer Marketing Specialist in Olympia, Washington

The role of the Marketing Specialist is to develop and manage email, landing page, and webform assets for lead generation marketing campaigns across Wolters Kluwer Legal & Regulatory U.S. market segments. The position will be responsible for working within a branded and templated system to create and revise a variety of digital assets as well as working within a scheduled marketing workflow. Key functions include email design, landing page design, asset management, and workflow management.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Creating, formatting, and testing all email and landing page materials within pre-designed templates

  • Manage email file production, including image sizing and storage, uploading to server, and working within digital asset management procedures to maintain creative files

  • Understand and interpret marketing plans to create high-quality email and landing page assets accordingly to the specific instructions that are provided

  • Customize marketing assets within a pre-built templated environment that aligns with all branding guidelines

  • Create, upload, and manage all asset proofs and proofing feedback from marketing managers via project management system

  • Leverage Eloqua tools and resources to maximize quality of marketing materials and functionality

  • Closely track workflow steps within project management system – staying consistently on-time with all deliverables

  • Engage with key internal stakeholders including marketing execution and segment marketing strategy to ensure go-to-marketing efficiency and effectiveness

  • Support overall brand management and the building of brand equity

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelor's degree with coursework emphasis in Marketing & Advertising strongly preferred

Experience :

  • 5+ years of experience with email marketing development in a corporate setting

  • 3-5 years of experience with email marketing platform/CRM

  • Experience with Eloqua strongly preferred

  • Experience with design programs like Photoshop

  • Exceptional organization and communication skills

  • Ability to multi-task, work within a standardized workflow, and display follow-through and initiative

Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications :

  • Strong verbal and written communication

  • Strong attention to detail and highly motivated with ability to work independently

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

  • No domestic travel (0%) may be required for internal meetings or customer conferences.
