AH Marketing Our Animal Health Marketing team takes a customer centric perspective using customer feedback and market intelligence data. Using this data, we design, develop and deploy products, platforms, brands and marketing initiatives that ensure we can improve the health and well-being of animals everywhere.

We are seeking a Growth and Improvement minded Animal Health Marketing Strategy Manager that can help drive our Strategic Operating Priorities.

The Animal Health Marketing Strategy Manager will be responsible for driving marketing strategy as the business moves from start-up to full commercial integration and scale and is primarily focused on the U.S. business but includes responsibility for marketing in Australia. Initial focus will be on brand development, brand integration into our Company's Animal Health and building out our capability to rapidly expand qualified lead generation.

You will collaborate with both the Global Marketing organization and the U.S Marketing Organization to utilize the vast array resources available and to ensure continuity of branding as the business scales and integrates.

Key Functions

  • Work Independently and as a Team member with Integrity | Precision | Accomplishment | Motivational Ambition | Respect | Inclusion

  • Manage brand development to include website, digital assets, sales and technical support tools, and advertising options

  • Utilization of Hubspot and other tools to facilitate lead development for inside sales team, engage customers and prospects, and support new customer onboarding experience

  • In conjunction with Corporate Communications, oversee media relations to include targeted media events, trade shows, media interviews, digital resources and press releases

  • Drive business case development, forecasting and ROI targets for customer opportunities

  • Support transition from start-up to commercial integration through corporate branding

  • In conjunction with Management Team, facilitate exploration and development of business models in line with a maturing technology business

  • Support global launch of Vence in target geographical regions

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Ag Business or related field of study.

Required

  • Principled written and verbal communications

  • Excellent time management and ability to deliver completed projects on deadline

  • Five years in marketing with experience in agricultural technology

  • Experience in building and managing a marketing budget

  • Expertise in interpreting data to drive results, Excel, SQL and other data analytics tools
